Le Jardin Secret
Grimm’s Bluff, Sauvignon Blanc, 2014 ($50)
The alluring pale chartreuse color in the glass is evocative of the Grimm’s Bluff Vineyard terroir, revealing lucid notes of wet hay, granny smith apple, and mango on the nose. Freshness of fruit, cutting acid, and crushed stone mineral tones arise on the palate and linger though a vibrant, persistent finish.
