This property belongs to the very well-known Dierberg winery. I was attracted to this site, located in the heart of the Sta. Rita Hills, because of its potential for producing a very high-end, concentrated and structured wine. My parcel is located in the Western section on the steepest slope, graced by a beautiful Southern exposure. It is planted with Swan and Calera vines originally “imported” from Burgundy by passionate wine guys in their suitcases.
