A few years ago, I had the chance to team up with the Grimm family to help develop a high quality 100% biodynamic, boutique property in the Happy Canyon region. The property is located 1,000 feet above sea level in a region that has already proven to be pristine land for Sauvignon Blanc. Overseen by consulting vineyard manager Philippe Coderey, there is a passion behind this site that would rival the best and most committed projects in Napa Valley.
